Payment
EventyrCykler ApS accepts online payment with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and Apple Pay.
The payment will only be charged to your account once the product has been shipped, or the digital product is available, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.
Reservation of Amount
When paying by card (debit or credit), the purchase amount is reserved until the order is processed and shipped. The duration of the reservation depends on the card type and bank.
Debit cards: The amount appears as reserved, and the available balance is reduced. If the order is cancelled, the webshop cannot withdraw the amount, but the reservation may still be active for a period. Only the bank can release the reservation.
Credit cards: The amount is only withdrawn when the order has been shipped.
All prices on the website are stated in EUR (incl. VAT).
Payment is made via a secure server that encrypts your information with the SSL protocol. Eventyrcykler.dk also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time is typically 2–6 business days.
We ship packages with:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. You can choose delivery with or without home delivery.
You will always receive a track & trace number, so you can follow the shipment. EventyrCykler ApS is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased online, unless otherwise stated in your order.
The deadline is counted from the day you receive the item. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receipt by email at jannick@eventyrcykler.dk. The item must reach us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You may test the product as if you were in a physical store. If the item is handled beyond this, you are liable for any depreciation in value. If the product has been used in a way that reduces its value, the purchase amount will be refunded in full or in part, depending on EventyrCykler ApS’ assessment.
Right of Complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint covers defects in material, production, or software.
Defects and deficiencies must be reported to EventyrCykler ApS within a reasonable time after discovery. Two months is considered a reasonable time. Reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.
The right of complaint lapses in cases of incorrect or abnormal use.
We cover return costs to a reasonable extent, but do not accept goods sent COD (cash on delivery).
Personal Data & Privacy
We do not disclose personal data to third parties. Information is only stored in our customer database.
In order to deliver an order, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
Personal data is registered with EventyrCykler ApS and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
The director and employees of EventyrCykler ApS have access to the information. The data controller is Jannick Skytte.
You have the right to access the information we have registered about you, as well as to have it deleted or corrected.
